Short Fiction - M.I.T. Magical Tech Support

A short 3k word fiction, emerged from the prompt "You are a wizard. Unfortunately, you work in Customer Support for magical artifacts." 

Sample:

"For the most part, though; everyone just wanted the basics. Heating spells, freezing spells, object-summoning. Teleportation was another department. I wasn’t about to touch anything involving automation with living beings inside. You either had to be a lawyer or ready to hire one if you wanted involvement in that one.

Just like everything else, I liked to play it safe. A call came on the headset. “Hello M.I.T. Magical Assistance, how may I help you?”"
